Why are these folks at STRATFOR incensed at Venezuela's government so-called buying support but nonchalant about the Nigerian government's method of maintaining power (murder?). Of more concern, why do governments of wealthier nations and the international financial markets so often reward depression and seek to punish any attempt by people to gain control over their lives? Head over to Narco News Bulletin for some news from the perspectives of people, not STRATFOR's alternate reality of power relationships where the people acted upon are not supposed to have control.

In any case, the desperation in STRATFOR's desire to derail the Bolivarian revolution in Venezuela and bring Iran under control probably is because they know that oil prices won't stay low for long.
